FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

​Are all your items handmade?

Most of our items are designed and handmade by Ivor and Lynn, we do however sell some Navajo/American jewellery which has been handmade by the Navajo Indians themselves. 

Do you use genuine Leather?

Yes, we only use genuine ethically sourced products, real leather, real silver, real crystals, real bone and horn etc. all origins can be found in each listing.

How are your items wrapped for shipping?

Most of our small items will be sent in a strong A4/A5 large letter sized box, hand wrapped with care lined with tissue paper.

Payments

We use a secure STRIPE payment system on this website, you can pay with you credit card or paypal, you don't need a paypal account to do this.

Custom orders

If you would like to work with us on a custom order, just send us a message detailing your requirements on the contact us page and we will get back to you ASAP.

Do you sell wholesale?

No we don't yet have the capacity to sell wholesale, as there is only the two of us designing and making the products.

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. We aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days (1-2 weeks for custom made items).

 

Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery.

Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery.

Delivery

We ship our items with Royal Mail, 1st class recorded delivery for UK buyers.  International signed for priority air mail is used for overseas buyers to ensure a safe traceable delivery.

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Jewellery and leather care

In order to keep your items in good condition it is advisable to use a silver cloth on all metal parts to minimize tarnishing, leather, metal chains, concho's will all benefit from being waxed with spray furniture polish or beeswax to keep them free from rust and oxidization.
